How can I get an estimate for cleaning?

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

We will bring our own equipment and cleaning supplies. It’s our job to save you time, not to waste your time by making you provide us with the tools we need.

Do you guarantee a quality service?

Absolutely! All our cleaners pride themselves on providing a high-quality and thorough service. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your cleaning within 24 hours we’ll come back and re-clean it.

Can I schedule an specific time for my cleanings?

If you request a time for us to be at your home, then we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. As we clean multiple homes during the day, we can sometimes fall behind if a customer needs extra attention or another unforeseen event occurs. We might not be able to come at a specific time, but we will try our best and communicate any changes immediately.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts to sign. We are happy to earn your business each time we clean.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $60 fee. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment it is 50% of the cleaning cost. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out the full price will be charged.

Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?

Our employees are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time and resources is put into hiring our staff.Each employee signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period of two years from the date that employee last worked for Samter Cleaning.

Are you insured?

Yes, Samter Cleaning carries full coverage for lost, breakage or damage to home or office and contents while cleaning your home.
